Imagine being told you weren’t a candidate for dental implants. After many sleepless nights, I decided to seek a second opinion. I was fortunate to find Dr. Farah, who assured me that I was, in fact, a candidate. Six months later, I’m thrilled with the results! After receiving a referral I called Dr Basta's office the same morning. He was kind enough to schedule me the same day to drain an abscess I had been suffering with for almost a week in preparation for extraction. His staff were friendly and had a pleasant sense of humor. Dr Basta was skilled in administering local anesthesia and I felt no pain from the incision he made to drain the abscess. His skill and experience were evident throughout the whole procedure.

I had an amazing experience here. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was kind, patient and incredibly reassuring. I was really anxious going in but they took the time to explain everything and made me feel ease. The procedure went smoothly and I felt genuinely cared for the whole time. Maria has been helping me with my insurance claim. Back story is that I went to Dr. Basta’s office for some work at the end of 2024 and I filed a claim right afterwards. Maria has been guiding me through this process with 3-way call with my insurance and fighting for me. 2 years later Maria is still fighting for me to get my full reimbursement and we are so close!!! Maria is taking is fighting for me and I completely trust her! She is such an amazing person to have on your corner!!! Thank you again for everything!!!

I had an implant for the first time at Gum Care and Implant Specialist. The Dr. Was friendly and easy to talk to. The people in the front desk were the same. If you have a question they answered it right away. So if need to have Gum Care or Implant this place to go. Thanks Chad Hook

I had the absolute BEST experience at Gumcare and Implant Specialists for my dental implant procedure with Dr. Basta, and I cannot say enough amazing things about this entire team! From the very first phone call to the day of my procedure, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and care. Maria took care of scheduling when I first called, and she made the entire process smooth and easy. She was helpful, patient, and answered all of my initial questions. When I arrived at the office, Karly was so warm and welcoming at the front desk, she greeted me with such a friendly attitude every time I walked in. It immediately set the tone for a positive experience. When I met with Staci to go over my treatment plan, she took her time explaining every detail clearly and thoroughly. There was zero pressure, just honest, transparent information. She made sure I understood exactly what to expect financially and clinically, which made me feel completely comfortable moving forward. Dr. Farah and his team are truly exceptional. He is a very special dentist and oral surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. In addition, the clinical and administrative staff are top notch and the automated appointment and follow up reminders are designed to make patients feel valued. Great experience all around.
